It's at the back of the engine connected from passenger exhaust to throttle body.
Is your car giving you any engine codes?

Thanks for your response,
my car it's not giving me any codes, I do not understand it's just idling up and down while driving, I don't know if it's the mass airflow sensor, the trottle body or the sparkplugs

Typical cause for such behavior is a bad throttle position sensor (TPS) on other cars. On the Jag, the computer will put the car in limp mode. The TPS is bolted on the throttle body.

Another explanation is the torque converter letting loose but, again, this will throw codes and put the car in limp mode.

There are many more reasons but nearly all, exspecially in the Jag, will throw codes.

How much rpm deviation are we talking about? Is this only in Drive or at idle as well?

Well, the idle is only when I drive and not that much, also after driving for 10 min or so, I'm not able to explain that about the deviation, all I know is that I have no codes and when the car reaches over 72 or 75 mph the idling is steady and normal meaning no more idling up and down
