Hi Carlos
I'm not sure where Pereira is, (is it Colombia ?) but clearly English is not your first language. We do see quite a few posts from other parts of the world on this forum. I can understand German, but not Spanish, sorry ! We really need a lot more information about your car before any good advice can be given. Did you use Google Translate to convert from Spanish to English ? If not, try it and then post here. You can also send me a message in Spanish if you want, my wife is Italian and may be able to help me translate. The two languages have similarities.

Try cleaning the battery cable terminals. Afterwards, make sure that they make a good snug connection with the battery posts. If still no luck, make sure that all of the electrical ground connections inside the trunk are snug as well. If the problem still persists, measure the battery voltage with a voltmeter to insure that you have at least 12 VDC present. Keep us posted.
Mantenernos informados.
