a few electrical issues

a few electrical issues
hello all,
my 03 x350 3l petrol is suffering, firstly i have disabled the daytime running lights with jlr sdd and yet they still remain on,
i have no fog lghts working, front or rear and no fog light dash light on either,
and last but not least i have no high beam when i push the stalk forward but they do work on flash.
any tips or help will be much appreciated
