Question FM Radio

Hi, recently bought 2004 XJ8 Japanese import. Radio will only search between 80 & 90 Hz. Any suggestions/ideas?

As mentioned, my 08 X358 Jap Import now gets approx 88 to 108, but it was done by the dealer via a Jag specialist and I don't know how they did it.
I was told it did not involve a band expander, in any case the frequencies display correctly.
If you can't find a suitable specialist, there is always the band expander, like my Honda Jap Import has with 14mhz offset.

Ok Thanx. She is booked into a local Jaguar Specialist at the end of the month, so hopefully they can sort. I'll justt have to listen to Radio 2 for now except Classic FM.

On page 274 of the Owner's Handbook it shows how to get to the Audio Setup screen.

With the key in the ignition lock in the Aux position (I) you simultaneously press the CD eject button and the AM/FM (or 'Band') button.

On mine you don't get any region set up options, but the handbook does show them as EU, JP, US and AUS, so maybe that's what you'll find on yours.

Hi, got that thanks. I have one further question: is it possible to set the alarm so I can leave my dog (with windows slightly open) without all hell breaking loose?
