Front end sitting low no errors
Hi my 2005 XJ8 sits very low in the front the back seems to be fine it has new suspension parts in the front airbags or air shocks whatever they are considered I'm not sure if it raises up any when I drive but when I come to a stop and get out it's still low is there a relay or valve somewhere I can check? The previous owner replaced the air suspension in the front so I'm not sure exactly what they did or didn't do. I see a lot of posts on this but not exactly where parts are located or this exact problem thanks again

If you haven't done so study the Air suspension & ECATs thread?
Air valves are in the solenoid block located behind the air reservoir under your spare in the trunk. Signals to the valves are from the ASM.
If the car has been sitting, temperatures are low, and you have small air suspension system leaks this is not unusual.
After driving the car for a short period (to force the compressor to run) take the measurements shown below:
Center of the wheel to lower edge of fender.
If you decide the ride height is incorrect the first question is "Does the ASM know it is incorrect?" A scan tool with the ability to communicate with control modules of you car will show you ride height position sensor readings, air pressures, etc.
Let us know what you find and forum members will offer suggestions.
