Anyway, I took my car in because my Nav was locking up (had to be replaced) and one of the Techs drove it and knew what it was.....WHERE WAS THIS GUY A YEAR AGO!!!
Ends up being Left upper wishbone in bushing (what ever that is??)
Bad thing is I still hearthunk noisein my head!!! Getting softer though![sm=gears.gif]

dude same here! they replaced everything and guess what? noise is actuallly coming from the hood hinge! can you believe that? not from arms or other stuff , to find out if its the hinge just put ur hands on the driver's (could be both passenger and driver) side of hood on the hinge and push and you sure will hear the noise =) I found it out accidentally while polishing the hood , dealer was like wow!
I found this post since I had the same creaking coming from my front end. JagMaster was right on. It was the rear corner hood hinge "adjustable" stops. These are those screw things that when the hood is closed support the hood on the rear corners. These "stops" come into contact with the body on the rear corners of the hood. When I was turning the "twisting" of the body would cause a metal to metal rub and make the sound. I just put a dab of wheel bearing grease on the stop and on the body where the stop rests. PROBLEM FIXED!!!!!
