Looks like the correct part number for the front license plate plinth for my 04 XJ8 should be C2C1522. However one retailer has it listed with the comment for vehicles "without parking sensors". Mine has sensors but I dont see what the difference would be? The plinth would mount between the sensors in the center of the bumper. Does anyone think that maybe the sensors will constantly "see" the edges of the plinth? Or maybe it's to do with the front of the vehicle being lengthened by half inch? Cant figure that out yet? Should I buy it or not? I havent seen an alternate part number anywhere for vehicles that do have parking sensors.
