Fueling Failure

Fueling Failure
Hope this is the correct spot to post. if not I apologize
hey there - we replaced the regulator and pump and still get the same issue of a fueling failure.
Yes she does immediately restart. Sometimes with the notice (on an immediate restart). However, if the car is allowed to sit, no issues no warnings.
I was able to detect a VCM Code of 3 * which as I understand it is O2 Sensor. without seeming like a total ninny - if this is part of the catalytic converter on the underside of the car, why is it mounted off the heads at the top of the engine.
VCM does not provide any additional codes after the 3 it simply cycles through the universal symbols of the car (boot, door, bulb etc)
Please help I am at my wits end. ::Sigh::

What car are we talking about? I am not able to bring up your GIF. Also, I'm not familiar with VCM codes...is that what you are reading off the dash screen?
Your best course is to plug an OBD2 reader into the diagnostic socket under the dash and see what the codes are you get there. If the car is stalling, it will have a code to get you in the right direction.
