General wondering about air suspension

I get the original question here. When I watch the hot rod shows, anytime air suspension is installed in a vehicle, the intent is to be able to slam it on the ground, especially when parked, because that is considered the ultimate in Too Cool For School. The problem here, is that the X350 frame isn't radically notched to allow the car to sink all the way down, so it lands on the bump stops, and goes no further. The rear seems to have more vertical movement than the front, so if all the air came out at once, the back bumper would be near the ground (seen that at the service department), but the front bumper would be only a little bit lower that normal. (seen that in my driveway in the winter.) It wouldn't look slammed, only stupid.
