Had new headliner installed in 2005 xj8 vdp and now the stereo won't turn on? help!

Had new headliner installed in 2005 xj8 vdp and now the stereo won't turn on? help!

Does anyone know if there is wiring in the headliner that would cause the stereo to not turn on? The screen for the dash display works etc etc...just cant get the stereo to turn on. I checked the fuses...all good...any ideas? Guy who did it said there was "alot of wires" up in the headliner

Oh boy, bet he got one of them. Check to make sure both of your vanity mirrors light up...last time I heard of a headliner install gone badly, they found this little vanity light wire and it messed with the body module.
