Yes, I have! This is quick a quick response because I am on the move, but I took a ton of pictures during the process to eventually write up a how-to, I just haven't got around to it yet. I've had them installed for almost two months, with no problems of any kind.

 

Hmmm, since I have my bumper off, I took off the fogs and everything so it would be easier to prep. The fog lights (standard halogen) are actually pretty big units. I'm not exactly sure how you'd fit xenons in there (with the ballasts and all), especially without the ballasts getting wet--water kills ballasts... FAST!
