Headlight washer jet missing

Headlight washer jet missing
OK so I have just got myself an XJ6 SE and noticed that one of my headlight washer jets is missing. Part number C2C3373 - number 1 in the following diagram: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/a...em-jetwash-jpg
I can't see how it would have fallen into the bumper as I guess there is a hose attached and yes, there is still water coming out (quite a jet) when operated.
Any ideas? I gather these are no longer available parts direct from a Jaguar dealer. Anyone know where I can get one, even second hand would be fine.
I'm in Kent, UK.
Cheers,
Jim

One thing that can happen is that the round dome bit that the jet fits into has two plastic clips that hold the jet. These are the bits that break and the jet disappears into the bumper. If this is what has happened to yours, bumper off and you should be able to glue the jet into the dome holder bit

If you're taking the bumper off and haven't done it before;;
The hose connector for the headlamp wash is behind the right hand front wheel arch liner.
This on my 2003 x350, may be different location on later cars.
Disconnect this plug carefully as I broke mine and it was a real pain in the **** to find a replacement which I eventually did
It has a retaining clip that holds the male bit into the female bit that must be pulled out before the two sides of the connector will seperate.
