Default headliner sag

ive got 30000 miles on my 04 xj8 and the head liner is loose and flappy in both rear corners near the back window and above the sun visors. anyone else have this headliner problem or just a coinsidance? could it be a factory recall of defect?

I've been quoted about $450 also from a local interior/trim shop. Haven't bothered to ask the dealership (there's only one in town).

wow, that's quite a chunk of change for a headliner. You telling these guys you have a jaguar before they give a 'quote'. Just tell them its __ SF, and see if they can ballpark, setup the appt, then let them try to change the estimate on you. Ok, that's what I would do.
