I stopped by my local O'Reillys auto parts store tonight to pick up a service manual for the new XJ. To my dismay, the salesman said that neither Haynes nor Chilton makes a manual for the XJ8 (at least for 2007)

Is this true?

Now I see several CD/pdf versions online/ebay, but I would really like to have a printed manual
Anyone have a good source?

I picked up a manual @ Jagdocs.com. A download site run by enthusiasts, they also have all the Technical Service Bullitens (TSBs). Very pleased so far.

 

Congrats and it sounds like a beauty. If I can ask, who did ya buy it from ? I have that wind noise on my RR but never had it on any of my Jags in the past. Also being a dealer I have bought and sold many more XJ's then I have listed in my signature. Good luck, remember you need to be a little hands on and enjoy. Personally I think anyone who buys a good Jag as there first Jag will become a Jag owner for life.
