Finally had a chance yesterday to do more driving--another quick 250 mi r/t loop (mostly) for work yesterday afternoon/evening... The ECM reflash does appear to have successfully resolved the hot start issues. Woot!

Circling back around to your original question, I also wonder if there's crud in the tank that's getting caught up in the pump/pump screen. Given that the pump is pretty easy to access (compared to most cars, and especially the X308s!) it might be worth pulling out the back seat, removing the pump and taking a gander in there.

Glad to hear the reflash worked and got rid of the hot start problems for you.
I think I will take a peek at the fuel pump screen when I get a chance. That's a good thought.
