I have a check engine light and I was able to go to AutoZone and download the following codes… Could someone please enlighten me as to what needs to be done in order to correct…
PO_300 – random misfire detected
PO_301 – cylinder 1 misfire detected
PO_303 – cylinder 3 misfire detected
PO_305 – cylinder 5 misfire detected
PL_316 – misfire rate exceeds emissions
PO_430 – catalytic system efficiency below threshold bank 2
PO_430– catalytic system efficiency below threshold bank 2
P1111 – system pass
thanks everyone for your time and consideration for your helpful and insightful suggestions…

How many kilometres/miles on the vehicle?
Is the MIL flashing? If so, P0430 indicates possible catalyst damage has occurred.
Find and correct the cause(s) of the misfires before you have more serious issues. Do not operate the vehicle under conditions that cause the MIL to flash.
the only symptoms I detect are the engine missing on cold starts
Further, I bought a new engine with 32,000 miles approximately 1 1/2 years ago and had it installed at that time the car had 92,000 miles on it… overheated and blew the head gasket … thus installed the new engine
We've driven the car approximately 10,000 miles so the engine would have 42,000 miles in the body 102,000
I'm not sure exactly what Fashing light you are referring to… But the check engine light is on
I could really use some helpful suggestions and insight
thanks again for your time and consideration
Yours truly, whiskey bravo

Reason: add a few statements
P0300 is a generic random misfire code and its possible causes apply to all of the P0301-P0308 series of codes:
Here's what the manual has to say about P0430:
Since all your misfire codes are for cylinders in Bank 1, and your catalyst efficiency below threshold code is for Bank 2, these codes may be unrelated.
I would look for possible causes of misfires in multiple cylinders in Bank 1 but not Bank 2. It might be worth checking the electrical connectors to the ignition coils on cylinders 1, 3 and 5 for any signs of oil contamination (from the nearby PCV valve), and if you don't find any, pull the coils and check for oil in the spark plug wells (from leaking cam cover/plug well gaskets).

Hey Whiskey Bravo. For purposes of this thread, the particular MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) that NBCat is referring to is the Check Engine light.
If it is on, tend to the issue, it's important. If it's flashing, that means NOW! Heed his advice above. You could otherwise damage the engine.
See Don's comments above and follow his guidance.
