Help My CD Changer Stopped Working

Hello everyone, I am having a major issue right now. My Factory Head Unit, will not read my cd changer. I have a new cd cartridge, but when I load it, the head unit says no CD loaded. Anyone know what the issue could be?

I had a similar problem which reoccurs occasionally. I follow the suggestion list in the thread and attached documents and it just starts working again.
