Default High lambda reading

Took the car for an mot test and the readings for lambda were too high, although the examiner managed to squeeze it through for a pass, all other readings were really good, which suggests an air leak in the exhaust downstream of the lambda sensors. also odd was the readings also showed high lambda on both banks, my thoughts are that the gas analyzer was at fault and not my car, anyone else had any problems with high lambda readings, is there any particular place that the exhausts leak on these models, i can't see or here anything, but I have to say I haven't looked too closely.
The reading was 1.035, co 0.00% and hc 7ppm.

May not be in the exhaust. Get an OBD tool with live data. Start with LTFT (see my sig) values on each bank, warm engine, parked, at idle and then at 2500rpm. Post them if you want more ideas.
