Question How to remove bumper covers?

Anyone familiar with the process to remove the front and rear bumper covers? Mine both need refinishing and I am pretty good with a spray gun and figured I would attempt it myself.

I think you'll find this from another post, but if not, check out this walkthrough:

holy crap thats a lot of work... I bet that guy has some excellent info stored in his head..

If I ever get in a fender bender, I will have to convince a body shop to allow me to update the bumpers. I'm not worried bout the wings but if they get damaged too I will replace them as well.

I want it done right, not some cheap *** spray in the parking lot.. I am **** like that.

I intend to remove the bumper cover, sand all the rough spots, prime, sand it again until its smooth, prime again, wet sand, base coat, wet sand, clear, wet sand, then buff. Should look like new when I am done.
