Default How to remove/replace button panel/cluster above touchscreen X350 XJR

Hi all,
Just trying to figure out how to remove the cluster of buttons above the touchscreen? I.e. The hazard light and heated seat buttons.

I'm actually trying to replace the green led/light behind the driver side heated seat button as it's gone (although the red lights denoting the 'level' of heat do still function). Is it even possible to replace individual lights or do I have to replace the panel as a whole?

Any help appreciated, thanks!

Dan

Ps I did post about this problem in another thread but it was among various other questions I had so I suspect wasn't picked up on, hence repost here hope no one minds!

I replaced that row of buttons once because my hazard button would not flash when activated.

If I recall correctly, you can follow the standard procedure to remove the head unit. The button row is attached with a couple screws. Wether or not the led can be replaced, I do not know.

-remove shifter knob
-remove wood Surround
-remove rear heat vents
-remove 2 torx Rear and front
-remove center arm rest/tunnel
-remove 4 torx around radio/nav unit

Hope that helps. Take pics.

Thank you

Well I finally got some time to sort this today and wasn't quite easy, apart from when I dropped one of the bolts into the j gate area! New hazard light panel working a treat.
