I ran over a piece of metal that was embedded in the tire. 2x4 inches and they gave me no satisfaction. Said the tires are worn. I have a little less than 12, 000 miles. Having the Titanium Plus policy on the tires and was told the service dept. said the treads are worn. No satisfaction there either. No pictures taken and 2 different mechanics said they were fine.
