Default Identify Alpine Amp in X350

Hi

I am trying to fit a Parrot system into my 2005 XJ , appear to have the
wrong cables. Assumed I have got the Alpine amp upgrade, front door speakers have the Alpine logo on them. So got another cable, this does not fit any connections behind the satnav unit.
Does anyone have a picture or a description of what the Alpine amp looks like or its possible location. I have been told it is in the boot, I have a CD and sat nav unit in the boot but obvious amp box.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have subs on the rear parcel shelf you have the premium sound system.

Apparently the remote amplifier is:
• located in the luggage compartment to the left-hand side;
• mounted to the rear-stack bracket;

Judging by a line drawing picture I have, it isn't actually in the stack but attached to it. I took my car apart a few months ago looking for connections for phones and remember something being attached in that location.

The rear amp is not in the electronic stack, where the Nav and CD-changer are. It's on the same side a bit to the front of the car - big black about 7"8 inches box - can't miss it. It's about under the C pillar.

I have the standard radio system in my car. Can I add the Alpine amp to my car for more power to the speakers? If so, can I simply buy the amp and plug it into the current radio system?
