Hello guys,

I may need to replace the right, passenger side, Cylinder head of my 2006 XJ8 4.2, X350 NA, but I am unsure if besides the head of an identical donor, XJ8, x350 4.2 NA, a cylinder head from other versions, like the s-type 4.2, can be used.

The OEM part number on the catalog is AJ810851, the stamped codes on my car's cyliner head are RF 2W93 69 AE, and apparently the s-type 4.2 and XK use the same version (?).

Are there variances that would make the s-type / XK not compatible? attached are pictures of my car's cylinder head...

I have searched several forums but I don't have anything conclusive.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
