Jaguar free scheduled Maintenance Question

My 04 XJ8 has about 83000 mile on it. I was looking on TOPIx and saw that the previous owner(s) did not take the vehicle in for its 10000, 20000, 30000 and 40000 mile services. Looking at the service record handbook, these are important services. My question is: Will Jaguar perform these "Free" services for me even though they were missed, even when the vehicle is so much delinquent when it comes to how many miles over that service requirement was to be met?

AFAIK there has never been free service as standard, it would have to be part of a sales deal, and paid up front or included in the "deal". Certainly that is the case here in the UK, however US practice may be different.
What I DO know is that failure to get the car serviced at the correct intervals and with the correct materials will negate the warranty. However absence of a record in the book is not necessarily proof no work has been done, as there could be an electronic record somewhere.

The website "TOPIx", I put my VIN into the system and it gave me all the info on the cars service record basically. I did call the services "free" services. Now, as I mentioned, I am not the original owner, so I doubt I qualify. Also, the car is out of warranty, even if I were the original owner. So, I doubt that Jaguar will still honor their "free" services to me. I am planning on giving them a call this morning anyway.
