JaguarVoice and Phone Problems

I have a 2005 XJ8L that did not originally come with JaguarVoice or the Bluetooth Phone Modules. I got a quote from the local Jag dealership here in Washington State and had them install both. Now I can control everything with the JaguarVoice like the climate, the radio, CD Player, Navigation but I can not control my bluetooth connected phone. The phone was able to pair successfully and I was also able to push my contacts to the car as well. When I hit the JaguarVoice button and say "Phone Help" it will respond Climate Help or something else. I currently have it at the dealership but they are not helpful as they have had it for well over a week without being able to do anything. They had to get a loaner computer to even be able to talk to the car's computer but the last time I talked to them they could not get the software program to see the phone module.
I would like to be able to "guide" them in the right direction to go for fixing my car since they seem to be clueless about it. Does the Phone module need to be programmed by the dealer in order for JaguarVoice to be able to see it? Is there any other suggestions that anyone can recommend that I could suggest to the dealer so that they can maybe fix the car. Thanks for any suggestions or advice that anyone can give me.
