Default JLR SDD - a question for advanced users

Does the JLR SDD have an option to graph live engine data? I am trying to see the rpm fluctuations in all cylinders at once so I can detect a misfire...AutoEnginuity has that option, I was hoping SDD does too?

I wish I could answer your question, but I am still trying to get mine to work at all.

I can say that my Actron CP9580 could do this up until the Chinese made Duracell Batteries in it gassed so much they corroded the PC board inside and It will no longer turn on. Another gift from the Chinese.

Yes you can

You need to get into the flight recorder functions

I'd recommend you read the "fuel trim primer", it also has screen shots of what you are after

Cheers

There's also a data logger function in SDD. You can choose which sensors to read and record them. I've used it to record suspension data while driving.

What are the steps to get to the live data?

If you have been able to get the SDD to read codes, you're in one of the four options. I don't remember al the names but they're at the bottom and should be something like service etc. After choosing the symptoms the system suggests what could be wrong. In that list is the option to open the data logger. It's necessary the mongoose is connected or it won't work.
