Limp Mode Problem!!!

Hi Guys
Jaguar main dealer and some other independent mechanics said my turbo was faulty, hence the reason the car has gone into limp mode.
I took it to a friend and he said from the codes that came up on his snap on computer, he thought the air flow mass meter sensor was faulty.
I took a chance and he replaced this sensor. The codes have now disappeared, however the car still remains in limp mode.
Very puzzled!!!!!!! :-s
Does anyone know what the problem could be and do you think the turbo is still faulty even though no fault codes are showing???
