Hello i have recently aquired an 74 xj6 with a 350 chev engine that had been sitting in my dads driveway for 8 years and is now a rust bucket, so ive purchased an 76 4.2 with basically nothing under the bonet and am wondering if anyone can point me towards someone that i can pay (private or commercial) to swap the running gear. Ive been told that the 76 basically just needs an engine and gearbox but i dont know very much about cars at all and am willing to pay good money to have someone work on it for me. I live in tweed heads nsw aus and can deliver both vehicles to someone willing to do the work.
