Hey, whow, that is the Lucas parts box I remember from years ago ! Yes, so it really is a Lucas item, although I suspect it is not the old Lucas company I once worked for many years ago !
I didn't see it on the Berkshire Jags website, but it claims to be OEM, and if you need it, buy it, as it looks kosher to me.

There has been massive change in the auto parts supplier base in the UK. Many companies get taken over, or are sold off in bits and somebody ends up with the rights to the company logos, badges etc. I don't think you should have any worries about that coil if it is the right price. As far as I know, the old Lucas company was taken over but the business continued in operation. Many of the old factories in and around Birmingham were closed. As you can see on their website, they make or get made a lot of stuff.

Read all about the history on Wikipedia, but here is the key sentence re your coil purchase: -
The Lucas trademark is currently owned by TRW Automotive and is licensed to Elta Lighting for aftermarket auto parts in the United Kingdom.

For all the electrical stuff on their cars, Jaguar will buying in the parts, this is normal industry practice. Even pre-war Jaguars used Standard Motor Company engines, and other bits. Lucas were almost a monopoly supplier when I was there, but the old company merged in the 90s with another supplier. I supect the old company was approaching bankruptcy, due to the British motor industry troubles of the 70s and 80s.

Thank you very very much Fraser. I'm learning so much from this forum. Really appreciate it.
Mechanic told me two coils are faulty but to replace all six otherwise I won't get the benefit out of it. He was telling me about side A & B and some some other theories which I didn't understand.
Is it true? Should I replace all 6 coils? Or is it okay to replace only the ones gone bad? What is more efficient and good for the car?
Another theory he told me was to go for OEM otherwise they will get burnt soon. I do not have any electrical knowledge so I hope one of my fellow forum members could help me on this.
Thanks

That's what I thought too... So I called the local jaguar company. Service adviser told me the same... I don't think he knew what he was saying. He compared it with suspensions. He said we normally replace both suspensions like that its better to replace all... I was not satisfied with that answer.
