Default Nameless cats.

Does anyone have the nameless cats installed in their xjr or sv8,
and if you do what does the cat look like??? flange at the top/slip joint at the bottom like mine or???? also how many bolts in the top flange ???
I believe I just got the second set of wrong ones, but will try to confirm tomorrow.
Any info or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

The flanges on the exhaust manifolds from the 4.2's are not the name as the earlier 4.0...

4.2 manifolds have an oval 2-bolt flange where the cats bolt on, with slip-joints at the other end.

4.0 manifolds have flanges at both ends, and the manifold end is a square 4-bolt flange.

Actually that's not entirely true. For XJ's yes that's the case. X100 XK's have the square flange even with the 4.2, and the early 4.0L S-Type's have the oval flanges.

Here is pic of what I got this time, does it fit anything (jag) then.
The first set I got was XKR for sure, these I don't know about???
Thanks for all the great info, have you heard of anybody actually getting 350/XJR cats from nameless.
Looks like very nice work they do, but I am starting to get just a little impatient after 7 weeks, LOL.

The tone changes with the 100 cel cats and performance is better as is throttle responce from the 4.2 SC engine.

I had 150K on the the old cats and while they were not blocked were defiantly not new
So ii cant give you a apples for apples compasison in OEM cats vs 100cell
For that you would need new cats for both and test

I didnt bother with that as the OEM cats were old
So what im saying is performance improved over the old cats but cant tell you how much over new OEM cats

Cheers
