This is for S-type MY2003, 4.2 litre. NA, but I think, that it is the same for X350.

Original TPS (S-type) is DENSO 198500-3300. It is not possible to buy independently. On e-bay are OEM parts, described as "OEM 198500-3300".

Original DENSO have output from TPS from 0.82V to 4.26V, OEM from 0.82V to 4.32V. All right, it is in the border.
BUT (OEM part, which I bought) :
Original DENSO have output from IDLE from 1.56V to 4.35V, OEM have output 0 everytime.
I don´t know, if IDLE output is significant (I think yes), but with OEM TPS (after calibrating to low value to 0.82V), engine won´t start.

Yes it looks like all 02 to 08 all have the same sensor. Your part number matches mine! Now I know its wire 3 assuming its from looking at it from the front which would be red...Thanks so much Roman!!!
