Hi all need some insite from our knowledgable members ( of which I am not one) so took my XJR into an Indi Jaguar garage to have lean codes looked at, he also found these codes.
P1582 P1696 adaptive speed control CAN link
PO133 o2 sensor circuit slow B1,S1
PO153 o2 sensor circuit Slow B2, S1
P1797 CAN Transmission Control module fail

Car is driving fine and no warning lights or warning banners.
So any ideas as to how these effect the car and what I should hit first. My Indi does not want to fix my car as he really deals with older jags and by the looks of things just wants to not see me back anytime soon. So it's back to Main Dealer.

Ok so this is weird! Before I left the Indi he reset the codes and I drove the 30 miles home, no over the past 2 months I have had chech light on within miles, last night no lights or messages. Got up this morning and attached my OBD 11 to see what was pending and........Nothing, Nothing no codes or pending now I am confused and worried as I have been reading that the P1797 can cause limp home mode so don't want to take Ronnie on any long drives.
