New Owner of a 2009 Jaguar XJ Portfolio
#103
Timing
Wanted gold from the get go but found the black one first with 4,000 miles and could not pass on that find. Found the gold one last summer with only 10K on it and had to have it. Now I can't bring myself to sell the black one. Go figure.

Hi All,
I think all of the 2009 Portfolio owners are copied on this thread, so this might be the best place to make this request. I recently became a Portfolio owner back in October of 2019. My car did not come with the original window sticker. I am trying to re-create the the sticker for my car. Is anyone able to make a copy or take a picture of there original window sticker for a Portfolio edition car and send it to me?
Picture for attention.
Thanks for all your help!
Mike

Does anyone know if only the Champagne Portfolio cars came with the Ivory interior? I've seen European Portfolios with the light interior on the Celestial black/blue cars, but never seen that States-side. I've only seen the blue interior and I really would like to find a Celestial car with the light interior.
Can anyone answer this question??

Just two - after trying a few times, autotrader.com and carfax has the same car
1) Black : Car fax: https://www.carfax.com/Used-2009-Jaguar-XJ_z6285
Autotrader : https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...ckType=listing
2) This one (gold?)may be sold / can't tell for sure : https://www.exoticmotorcars.com/2009...folio-c-89.htm

My bad, MoeD....2009...got it. Like you, I would like (another)Jaguar ...and an '09 Portfolio would be a dream.
Not to go off on a tangent or discussion, as it appears many times in this forum, but personally, the newer products do not
seem to stop me in my tracks. My wife feels the same....but I'm sure a newer Portfolio is far easier to find and afford than
a low-mileage '09 Portfolio. You're welcome...may stumble on one of these for us, too...but wasn't thinking of spending $30K!

There were 140 for the US. All the Celestial Black (midnight blue) cars had the blue interior with the light tan piping, and all the Astral Gold cars had the Ivory interior with the blue piping- 70 of each color.
Me personally- I think they would each be hotter with eachothers' interiors as both came with blue dashes & steering wheels, so the exchange would be easy!! as door panels & seats etc.
IF THERE IS ANYONE WITH A GOLD CAR THAT WOULD LIKE TO SWAP INTERIORS- I'M GAME FOR THAT- PLEASE CONTACT ME. The Celestial Black/Blue car I ended up finding is 35k miles new.
Jaguar hasn't done anything more elegant than these since

I agree! That's why I looked for so long. I thought I had gotten the number 72 of the Celestial from Jaguar but perhaps not. Honestly don't remember. I just know I love it! The only thing I have had a problem with is the silver buttons on the ac that directs the air. Two of them had come off and I'm still trying to figure out how to get them back on.
