Hi there, I have a 2004 Jaguar XJR with a bit over 150k miles. The breaks needed to be replaced and just before we did that, the DSC light came on. I was hoping it had to do with the brakes being ready to be replaced. Changed pads and rotors today but the DSC remains on. I now have 2 questions: 1 - when the DSC doesn't work, does that mean that the ABS doesn't work either? Is the car safe to drive? ...and 2 - what should I do? Thanks heaps for your help!

Any codes coming up? Could be worth buying or borrowing a code reader it might be something fairly simple. I think I was getting that message when one of my wheel speed sensors was acting up but I got ABS not available as well.
