Trying to figure out what is wrong with the stereo system. 2008 with the nav, alpine but no DVD package. Stereo doesn't play anything.

Stereo responds to every button pushed with the exception of the CDC button.

When I hit the Bluetooth phone button. It says phone not fitted even though it is.

Codes i get from troubleshooting system.
B2477 control module configuration failure
U2003 Audio compact disc, auto hanger is not responding.
U2008 Audio telephone not responding.

Now, i don't have a disc changer. I converted it to stream audio from someone who sells/sold a system here. However, this problem has happened intermittently before.

I've had this issue since I got the car, as stupid as this sounds it would only happen when the weather was under 75 degrees F. I live in Miami,FL so it didn't happen often.

From what I understand everything is connected in a daisy chain system so maybe the device before the changer and the telephone module broke and the chain isn't complete? If so does anyone know what is the device order. Since I don't have any sound my guess is the amp but I don't want to start swapping parts without knowing.

Any advice is greatly appreciated and if you need more info let me know.

I posted this on Facebook on the jaguar x350 group and a few suggested it was the amp. I bought a used amp and plugged it in but nothing changed. I realized as I type this that i didn't clear the codes after I installed the amp. I will swap the amp again then reset the codes.

Assuming that that doesn't fix it, what would be the next step?

Had a similar issue a few months back....intermittent sound, after a few weeks it went completely silent. Navigation screen and all buttons worked fine except the CD Changer. I swapped the amplifiers , but no change. I then purchased a 'closed loop' fiber optic cable to remove the CD Changer from the chain. Sound has been perfect since.

I believe you need to start removing each device one at a time. I believe you have a bad device somewhere in the chain. Sorry, but i do not have the chain order.
