ODB says P0191 code again. So I will park it up until the sensor comes, I will also check connections that I can see. Who knows, It could be a loose something or other as you suggest Fraser.

I received the Ford replacement fuel rail pressure sensor and installed it. The previous sensor was also a Ford item.. Maybe this had been swapped out before?
I have run the car for about a week now and had no cut out issues with it what so ever.
So for what seemed like a fuel flow issue at the engine, I swapped out a really old, crusty fuel filter and replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor and added STP and sea foam to the last couple of fuel refills and all is running well again.
The P0191 code has disappeared and the check engine light has gone. BTW if this has not resolved the issue, I was going to swap out the fuel pumps.

A lot were made For Ford not By Ford. Had the make already been owned by Tata the parts would quite likely have been made by the same firms but marked Tata instead of Ford. Yet they'd be the same parts.
So, many are not really "Ford". They just say Ford.
And why does anyone care...
hmm, maybe I care about the non-Ford parts: HIDs by Hella that are badly designed and fail, DCCV from Bosch that is not fit for purpose, and so on. Jaguar was owned by Ford then so do I blame Ford or Hella & Bosch? (Does it help? No.)

A lot of Ford parts are made by companies that used to be owned by Ford but were spun off as separate entities as part of Ford's survival strategy (without turning to U.S. taxpayers for a bailout).
I don't mind parts marked Ford. I'm very happy they are not marked Lucas....
