How in the heck to do remove the back seat out of my 2004 xj8?

There are 4 clips that are like a triangular shape that you pinch together and it releases. The outer ones are right on the bend of the seat and the inner ones are sort of in line with the air vents. It's easier with two people because once you release one clip and move to the next one the original clips back in. The other person can hold the seat up to prevent it going back in.

Thank you so much for your response. Now that I got the back seat out I can roll (tighten only) all three belts by hand. They will retract but not give too much back. Only about a foot or two. No where near enough for use.
Please let me know what you would do...
It doesn't appear to let me post photos. I don't believe any of my back seat tensioners fired. How can I tell? I can send you pics to you e. Mail.
