I don't recall having seen this one posted, so here goes. This covers the basics for a straightforward fluid change. The video gives a warmup temperature to check the fluid at between 30º and 40º C. Also shows the torque sequence for the pan. I went ahead and snapped a screencap of the illustration.

Oil level check is the same....30.C is the lowest and 50.C is the highest.
Above thjis and the box must cool down to between spec. temps.
Lifeguard-6 is the preferred oil for these.
