From the beginning, the error ‘Parking brake fault’ appeared - SDD shows an error on the parking brake motor position sensor, but everything worked. One day, the brake stuck and the car wouldn't move at all. I switched off the motor manually, and left the wires disconnected from the control unit, so that it would not ‘beep’. )
So I drove for 4 months until it's time for the MOT. Changed the motor to another used - updated the software, but the handbrake is not calibrated at the same time the car gives an error, ‘Parking brake fault’, SDD does not show anything - no errors. The most interesting thing is that the brake works almost as it should, except for an important point - it is not activated until the wheels are not blocked with brakes and the car is not stopped.... No emergency braking.

I changed the control unit to exactly the same one, same effect.

The strangest thing in all this for me is that SDD does not see any brake errors....

Maybe someone has some ideas or similar experience?
