opening boot with keyfob?
On my keyfob there is a button for the boot.
However it doesnt work. I reckon its not implemented.
But since the boot can be openend with the button from under the dash all the electrical systems seem in place.
Is it possible to activate some hidden option to open the boot from the keyfob?
or perhaps some aftermarket solution to activate this option.
(same goes for the headlight button on keyfob, doesnt work either)

Hi psyo
Try obtaining a replacement fob remote. This just separates from the key (and the immobiliser chip). The 'How to' sticky post part 13 has all you need to know about the fob. Do you have two keys? Does the other one work?
My car came with only one key. The switch for the headlights on the fob didn't work. I bought another key on line (aliexpress), making sure I got the correct frequency version for the market. My car is ex Japan, so has 315MHz transmitter. Other markets may have the alternative 433.92MHz. The link has all the instructions for programming the remote fob. In my case, all four buttons on the replacement key work correctly. It is likely that your fob is faulty. If you have only one key, you should buy a couple of complete blank keys, program the fobs, and get the ends cut by a locksmith with a Tibbe machine. Then present yourself, the car and the new keys to your local dealer or independent, and ask him to use SDD to match all the keys to the car. Then you will have two good keys, and a backup, not so good. The blank keys, with working fob and immobiliser chip were about NZ$30 each, so maybe UKP 15.
