The wood trim piece around the sunroof switches has developed a set that makes it come out of its molded place in the overhead switch console. I repeatedly press it back in but within a day it has sprung back up again. What is the solution? I do not want to use a strong glue in case I ever have to remove the trim in the future. There are metal tangs on the back of the trim piece. Should I adjust them?

 

Adjust the tangs a bit and use a dab of clear silicone to hold it in place. Silicone dries soft and is easily removable.
