+++First real post - please be gentle+++
Had my first "limp-home" in SV8, so bought myself my first code-reader. Great investment ($50) and successfully cleared multiple P1121.
Everything was fine for 2 weeks, then dead battery one morning. Took one look at the battery (about the size of a loaf of bread) and decided I wanted a new one anyway. So I got a BIG one from a local Advance Auto.
You guessed it. Dead the next morning.
So while the battery was charging from my other car, I pulled the codes.
No P1121s. Just P0560 x 2. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

DTC 1121 is Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit Intermittent High Voltage. However, a 0560 code keeps any other codes from being stored, so lack of other codes can't be interpreted as nothing else is wrong.
The battery supplies electricity to the ECM even when the ignition switch is in the OFF position. This power allows the ECM to store data such as DTC history, freeze frame data and fuel trim values. If the battery voltage falls below a minimum level, the memory is cleared and the ECM determines that there is a malfunction in the power supply circuit. When the engine is next started, the ECM illuminates the MIL and sets the DTC. Something is obviously draining your battery, and when it does any other codes are cleared and the P0560 sets.

You should only get P0560 by itself. That code will clear all others. If that code is gone and you aren;t getting others that's good. All the ones you originally mention could be caused by low voltage, so if the battery is now staying charged you should be fine. However, there is still the question of why the battery was dying in the first place.
