Hi all just noticed my park brake light stays on some times after I switch the car off
Just wondering if its trying to tell me something my Indie said it will need new rotors and pads next service could it be telling me I also might be up for park brake pads
I have noticed that the car rolls a bit when the park brake is applied like its not fully engaged this is my first electronic park brake car

Doc,
On the handbrake do a recalibration with SDD or the lazy way using a battery reset
Are you sure its the brake lights and not the tail lights. Sometimes my park lights (and tail lights) stay on. This is random and occurs after locking and only started after changing to LED's for the park lamps.
I normally clear it by turning the headlamps on then off wit hthe keyfob
Cheers

No its just the dash handbrake light stays on sometimes especially if I forget to apply it
Sometimes its there even after I switch the car of and take the key out
I usually start the engine let it settle and apply the park-brake then switch it of and its fine just wondering if the car is telling me something or I am in for something else LOL
