lower is too but tell the mechanic you need to put a washer on each side to make up for the extra space on the hub. this is if your car has the earlier wishbone with 59mm hub side bushing, 2004 is a grey area

Hi, does anyone know the cheapest way to replace the air shocks with coil shocks? saw a kit for 320 euro but was wondering if any non air shocks off other models may fit so I can buy off a scrapper, thanks!

I see what you mean by enlarging the holes towards the center. Have you done this? Do you know if the car sits higher or lower after changing all the shocks for these?

yes with springs from a 3.0 V6 s-type. it sits pretty much the same as before

i don’t know how it’ll sit with the diesel front springs

now to figure out how to get rid of the error messages before my next annual technical test. i took the relay out so the compressor won't flatten the battery, but maybe just unplug the compressor, ive read something about returning the correct voltage back to the controller etc,

but it drives great.

unplug fuse 52 and fuse 12 in rear trunk fuse box. they will be 10A and a 20A

disconnect battery, touch terminals together for 20 seconds.

reconnect and messages will be gone.
