Last winter I stored our Super V8 with a battery maintainer attached. When Spring arrived the battery was dead. After charging it would hold a charge and would start the car. We have driven the car all summer but neither the SAT radio, Radio or CD player would work. I have disconnected the battery and left it disconnected for approximately one hour hoping to have a screen appear so that I can install the radio code. No such a screen appears. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks.

 

The US Spec cars do not have a radio code. It may be a fuse, or fiber optic issue. But not a code issue.
Sorry for the lack of help.
Also, post this in the A/V forum. Those guys know this system better than anyone.

What did you find out? Is your radio, etc. working now?

 

Unfortunately I have not had time to check the fuse. My father-in-law is in the hospital and I've been spending my time there. I'll let you know as soon as things settle down. Thanks again.
