Now I'm back to square one basically. I did an "end to end" resistance check from the CKP connector under the engine all the way back to the pin on the ECM harness and found NOTHING wrong. Out of desperation I spliced a new CKP connector onto the harness cable and I swapped the CKP sensor with another brand to make sure it wasn't a faulty new sensor. No luck. The no start condition persists.

I've been driving the car daily since 4/2 and haven't had an issue with the no start condition. Temps got below freezing several times overnight but it started right up in the morning each time. There was a huge buildup of water in both mufflers so I'm starting to think that may be the problem after all. I'm going to drill a couple of weep holes in the mufflers. Probably won't get to "test" the behavior again until October as the temps are consistently warm now.
