Rear Park Sensor Replacement
#21
There are four sensors, but i had only one bad sensor. There was a code on the OBD2 reader and i followed instructions from this forum about putting car in reverse and placing your ear next to each sensor. If you hear a clicking sound (sonar) then all is good. When a sensor is not making a noise, then that is the bad one.
Turn key to position II, then move shifter to Reverse and apply parking brake. This will activate the parking sensors which allow you to move the around the bumper sensors to discover the bad one.
