Default Rear sway bar bushings in an 04 XJR

Has anyone done rear sway bar bushings for an 04 XJR? I am refreshing my rear suspension this spring and the initial inspection makes it seem like the air strut has to come out to get to the bolt for the cage, but I am unsure. I haven't started taking things off yet but wanted to see if anyone had done the job and knew the answer. Seems like I can do everything else in the rear without removing the strut so I want to avoid it if needed.

The general consensus that I've seen is that the rear subframe needs to be dropped, but there is a thread on the forum where someone was able to do the right side without dropping the subframe, but not sure how the left side ended up.

Lame. I will have to track down that post. Why did Jag have to put the nut for the retaining cap on the inside? If it was on the side that faced the rear of the car then I feel like you could reach it.
