nsubbu, top up the tank and drive a little more. The system will naturally remove the air. You have gotten most of the air out now, So, hopefully it will just need the final top up. If you continue to see a loss of coolant, then I would say to use a hose and clean your engine bay good (DO NOT!!!!! spray the tops of the valve covers). Then take the car out for a 10-15 minute drive ensuring there is plenty of coolant in the overflow bottle. When you return, get the car into a dimly lit area (may be a good idea to do this at dusk). Put out a black light and start shining it in the engine bay. If you see things start to glow, then start following the trail back. Most coolants have a small amount of flourescent dye put into it. This will start to glow when hit with a black light. From there, you can find where you are loosing coolant.

I would not worry too much if you replaced the supercharger coolant pump and only filled up the overflow bottle once. That is most likely the reason for the low coolant level. If you filled the system and now you have a low level a week later, then use of the black light is going to answer a lot of things.

 

@nsubbu8854, use the procedure Thermo suggests above, or you can pressure test the system when cold using a tester pressurised to 1 bar. If the pressure drops within ten minutes, start looking around the engine bay for leaks.
