Hi,
we got the replacement XJ8 today, another 2004.
Not many on sale right now, so happy with the one we got.
One issue is the driver's seat rear squab does not adjust.
Other functions work, back and forth, front of squab goes up and down, back rest reclines and returns, headrest moves, but moving the rear of the horizontal switch produces only a clunk suggesting the motor is trying, but not driving anything. Makes the same noise when trying up or down.

So logically I should be looking at the motor/drive mechanism? Clearly not module/fuse/switch related? Or is it?
